finished a friend's dungeon spiders.
quick and easy.
after painting these i kinda wish i had collected a goblin army filled,
finishing up some more miscellaneous figures i recently got this past week and taking a break from the MotU project momentarily. just have several more to get done for D&D then most likely get wave 3 of Masters of the Universe figures completed for next month. painted a few miniatures for players in our D&D group to represent their characters. also in the pipeline is cultists, more spellcasters, and animated armor. few heroic warriors came across a big problem. painted this fellow for Jon, an elvish bladesinger wizard. Rita wanted to give a straight spellcasting class so she made a sorceress, so we got her a gnome sorceress from Next Level Miniatures. a 3d printed miniature from a local gaming store. a kung-fu rabbit. lol. a goblin ranger. honestly i think his skin color got too dark for my liking but i didn't want to go with the traditional green skin. i got a pack of familiars from Wizkids and had to get the one that had the little cat in it for my little kitty necromanc
going into Fall In! 2023 i didn't really have a planned list on what to buy or had anything in mind that i really wanted or needed. we hit up the flea market first and took a look around. being it was early saturday morning it was crowded so we really didn't get a chance to stop at every stand but we did manage to find some great items. my flea market finds. don't think i have ever been so happy and satisfied on the great things i found. a Scarsfell Griffon warbeast from the game Hordes from Privateer Press. this was a great find. fully painted Reaper Miniatures "Lord of the Jungle." normally marked at $25 but got this gem for only 10. found these Cthulhu pieces. couldn't resist buying them, plus i got them for a good deal. more pieces that must be from a board game. i went to buy two of them, but somehow i ended up with six. few years back i had the fortunate pleasure of acquiring two Magic: the Gathering pewter miniatures. this time around i was able to fin
recently i ordered several desert buildings to be made from a shop on Etsy. the folks at Panhandle3d made these awesome buildings. at a decent price and fast delivery i couldn't recommend anyone else. and very nice to paint on to. but anyways nothing wrong with a shameless plug for a great shop. wanted to put together a quick game me and the lady played the other night. the Professor's daughter was being held somewhere. a group of marauding locals are looking to cash in on the bounty and a group of Her Majesty's finest sent to retrieve her at any cost. once either side has capture the daughter they must take her back to their deployment area to win. layout of the table another view of the table, Rita setting up her locals (playing the villains for a change). few locals going around a buildings towards an abandoned tank. her leader going out around searching for the missing daughter. the Commodore peering down the street looking at what could be his last moment in life. &quo
