    after a wrecked weekend of gaming, i felt bad for Rita and her Um'Tull tribe. so i told her we can play her favorite scenario to hopefully lift her spirits. i was going into this battle with one killed member of my tribe but still have the man-power in the form of Char the Vengeful.   first battle with this scenario it's pretty much kill as much to gain as much hate as you can before the plateaus begin to fall apart. at the end of every round except for the fourth round, a die is rolled and whatever designated plateau is the result that game piece is taken out of play and any models on it is considered knocked out. at the beginning of the game our Princes and champions are deployed fairly close to each other. you almost have to decide what is more important, stick and move or just kill everyone in sight. one of the big highlights was i rushed my merc in along with the tribe's champion. i eventually put my Prince in the fight and took out Rita's champion. we're a

 for about a month now i have been running some rpg's with my girlfriend and several of our friends. lately we had sessions where we all ventured into underground temples and ancient tombs. our last game we had a secret Nazis operation taking place inside ancient pyramid. i wanted to make a what i would call a "portable" computer or even something an evil scientist could use for something more sinister for a later game. to make this i took bits from a Games Workshop Kill Team terrain set. the main computer and the two pylons are from the terrain set, the small computer on the floor stand was from a 40k Basilisk tank. i also added some bits from the Basilisk tank set on top of the computer. the pylons connected to the main piece by small pieces of electrical wiring from an old computer keyboard i had stashed away in a closet. recently got myself a pack of tomb guards from Reaper Miniatures, to add more characters for my Pharaoh's legion. only got one pack which has four miniatures but just two poses. so i'm happy with that. this collection of mummies and mummified characters just keeps getting bigger and bigger and that's okay. and also got a few camels for what could be scatter terrain. these camels are equipped with baggage on them. could use them as objectives or just part of the scenery. i am not a fan of Reaper Miniatures Bones figure line, got some miniatures that were bent and tried to get them back into shape but with no results. i try to stay away from Bones but i couldn't help myself with these and had to get a few. members of the Knights of the Crescent Moon out on patrol, watching with a keen eye for any wrong doing in the country side. the Black Scorpion and few members of the Thousand Sons, waiting on each other to report on the whereabouts of the infamous plane the "Screa

  Rita and i decided in between our pulp games we been doing, that we begin on a journey of an uncertain path which involves HATE.. we played a few games to get the basic rules down but we never really thought about doing a chronicle before or actually taking the time to read up on the ins and outs of the bookkeeping after the game. so this past weekend we did a quick read up on the aftermath of what happens afterwards, doesn’t seem all bad once you actually do it for real.
