sci-fi industrial terrain additions

Image
recently i made some small walls and few larger walls out of MDF square bases i had on hand that i wasn't going to do with. i decided to glue them together and paint them to go along with my already terrain set i have for my sci-fi pulp games. several pics of works-in-progress. used 25mm MDF square bases and glued them to cut pieces of an old fabric cutting board. with the larger wall sections, i used 50mm MDF squared bases and used a disposed receipt tape spool and a glued 20oz soda bottle cap on top. with not much attached to anything else, setting up obstacles and fortifications are always gonna be something different each game. reasons why i really like how these came out. even had a go at making doorways which they came out alright i guess. another pic with a different layout.

"These Aren’t the Bots You’re Looking For" - FFoL: Galactic Heroes

Image
this would be the first time i am playing a scenario out of the Galactic Heroes rulebook, instead of screwing around and just doing a massive sweep and clear game hat takes forever to finish. for this scenario the heroes have to search for a droid that has a second part of schematics that are needed. instead their own droid is the one half so their mission is to find the other half. but not far behind is a small band hired guns to hunt down the heroes of the Republic. in additional of using the awesome game tokens from Wiley Games, (which can be found at this link here, wiley-games.myshopify.com ..nothing wrong of a cheap promotion). i also used small clear glass beads for activated units. the layout of the table. the scattered droids within the port. the ship that is waiting for the cargo. the heroes of the Republic: Nas Nhanu, leader w/ R3-D7 Ba Skurpau, crew specialist/technician Lothic Druss, Cronzo Red, and Gorr, crew members   Huth Vor, Viss Emnek, and Jubar Tharno, grunt members

Cosmic Enforcers

Image
my Cosmic Enforcers so far... if able to i still want to make a Zanthor miniature for this group. when i first got the Zodac miniature i wanted to make a Zodak really bad. when i ordered some more miniatures i asked if there were any Zodac's left and was lucky to get one more. the Cosmic Warriors Strobo Zodak (clipped a hand from a spare miniature and glued a scratched built staff. i gave it a go and tried to free hand the tattoo markings, not happy how they came out but least i tried. i guess it looks ok. it is what it is.) Zodac

heroic warriors, a goat, and Castle Greyskullman

Image
recently finished painting some new additions for my MotU collection. with Wun-dar having the same sculpted armor like the Cosmic Enforcers and chest symbol as his action figure, i just painted his armor straight black so it wouldn't seem like he was an Enforcer. Sky High Wun-dar Extendar Goat Man Castle Greyskullman (normally i give all the heroic warriors a green base but since this character is like an entity of sorts i gave him a purple base.)

beginners intro of Cthulhu: Death May Die

Image
after watching several gameplay videos of Cthulhu: Death May Die, i was kinda hooked. the suspense and the mystery behind it all was appealing. so while contemplating on buying the starter box it kept selling out. patience not being one of my virtues i waited until an online store i frequent shop with got a restock shipment in. i popped out all the tokens and game boards and sorted out the characters and monsters i thought why not give it a go and learn the rules as i play. with six "episodes" within each set i went for episode one but accidentally pulled out the second episode instead. using the Yog-Sothoth entity expansion pack for this learning experience. the characters i used. Fatima, Ahmed, and Rasputin. the character miniatures. Rasputin killed a cultist and found a Forbidden Relic, which two are needed to collect a tome, which then two tomes are needed to disrupt the ritual to bring forth the Elder God to be destroyed. close up of a Chthonic Entity miniature.
