 this was an interesting clash of forces. the Chaos Space Marine Terminators of the XIV Legion are treated like their Imperium counterparts, with the exception to their weapon choices and decaying bodies.. this is also written as the Chaos Space Marine Terminators are searching for weapons cache on board an abandoned ship, or simply looking for more souls for their ruinous gods to devour, but instead come into contact with the vile Tyranids... the Terminators of the Death Guard Legion are the same as the Terminators of Chaos Undivided except for all Terminators in the XIV Legion will all have the Mark of Nurgle. also all Death Guard Terminators has total of three action points. this represent the fact that these wretched soldiers of Chaos are slow and bloated with filth. dragged my feet on these guys for so long, i originally had eight to do but was so sick of painting them, i just narrowed it down to five miniatures. maybe down the road i'll get some painting mojo back and finish the last three.  this little group was created because of a buddy suggested i should do a pink skinned warband. so yeah, i did just that. very different from what i am used to. i do not like to use bright colors or bright pastel colors. I am a dark color kinda guy.  the leader armed with a spear and shield.  the other snakemen armed with hand weapons and shields. had alot of fun doing the bases. having a fair amount of aquarium rocks my girlfriend gave me from when she had an aquarium, so i put the rocks and pebbles to good use. gluing the rocks on first then pva glue sand. let dry and went back over with Mod Podge, let that dry and finally painted on some yellow and browns for a mixed color of earthly tones, and dr...

i had so much fun and more ideas for other ground formations, i wanted to make more foam ground terrain. this time i went with 2inch and more 3inch upholstery foam. think i spent roughly $25USD at a local Wal-Mart.  with the 3inch foam i did want to create more corners for the table.  after a week i went back to Wal-Mart and spent another $7USD and got a 4pk of 1inch foam. i did have a little problem because the material was different between my other foam and the 1inch. so i took and made two pieces and sprayed painted and dry brush them like i normally do. at first i was gonna discard the 1inch foam just because i didn't think it would look right being a different material. but after setting up a tabletop for a game, it doesn't look bad. few pics below with some of my miniatures and the new pieces of terrain. several days after i finished the two and three inch foam pieces, i finished the last of my ground terrain, wi...

The Scarab Occult Terminators, originally known as the Sekhmet and Magnus' Veterans, were the Veteran Space Marine Battle-Brothers of the Thousand Sons Legion who served as the Primarch Magnus the Red's elite Honour Guard.
