Paint What You Got challenge 2025/26

once again the Paint What You Got challenge has been thrown out and since i had fun doing
it last year i figured i would join up and do it again.
Dave over at Wargames Terrain Workshop has issued the next challenge once again.
the challenge runs from December 26th, 2025 to February 26, 2026 and basically you
paint whatever you have.
and since i always have stuff to paint i use the challenge to paint specific miniatures that
i have been dragging my feet on for some time now.

last year i used this challenge to get the majority of my western figures completed,
because i was just anxious to get them on to the table-top and play with them.
and by the time i joined the challenge the area i live in was getting hit by horrible cold
weather and just couldn't get outside to spray anything.
so basically i was coming down to the wire and getting what i wanted done for
the challenge completed.

this time around for the PWYG challenge I figured I would up the ante and get two major
projects done and they are of course part of my operation MotU.

i want to use this challenge to get two expansion sets from the CMON Clash of Eternia
board game completed.
the Evil Horde and the She-Ra and the Great Rebellion set.
i have been dragging my feet on these for some time now and i just want to get them done
and out of the way.

there are a few miniatures that are not from these box sets and are from the
Box of Power Kickstarter box.

of the Evil Horde the following characters are going to be painted:
Hordak, Catra, Mantenna, Grizzlor, Leech, Modulok, Shadow Weaver,
Scorpia, Mosquitor, Mantisaur, 3 x Horde Wraiths, and 6 x Horde Troopers.

and for the Great Rebellion the following characters are:
She-Ra, Perfuma, Flutterina, Mermista, Bow,
Glimmer, Frosta, Swiftwind, Kowl, and 6 x Bright Moon Archers.

sadly there aren't many in the Great Rebellion box set but it's a nice collection of characters.
i am sad there aren't certain characters in it like Madame Razz and Broom, Castaspella,
and even Loo-Kee

so let's see how this goes this time around.
hopefully i get all of this done in time.

  1. Great to have you on board again, and sounds like a solid plan on what you'd like to get through, and look forward to seeing all those MOTU models.
