ever since my last game of 40k Kill Team with my buddy Jayson, i've been thinking on a second team for the game. lots of ideas were swirling in my head. and i narrowed it down to the faction i always wanted ever since i first started playing 40k back in 2nd edition. the honorable and ferocious Space Wolves. with all the new material coming out for 9th edition and what has been out already i have to say i am disappointed on how much character the new Primaris space marines lack. i mean yeah there's the upgrade packs you could get but still there isn't much to separate one group of Primaris marines from another of a different chapter except shoulder pads. so deciding on this i went with the classic look of the Space Wolves. but with that also there is only a few units and not much i can use if i do a non-Primaris Kill Team. and with these marine i also tried the Citadel Colour Contrast paints. and i have to say i like them very much. very easy...

eldritch horrors and giant creatures

 still plugging away from the miniature haul i was able to get a hold of few months back. this time around i've been finishing up big creatures of the enormous and cosmic kind. this model from Reaper Miniatures wasn't from the miniature haul, but it is part of my Lovecraft collection i started to accumulated. it is a Reaper Bones Dark Young. had several of the classic Necromunda creatures, Millisaurs. and also quite several of the Ripper Jacks. these came with also Beastmasters from the classic Necromunda line. i do have giants rats in queue to be completed at the moment. this fellow is from RAFM Miniatures. i had to look it up to see what it was or where it come from. according to their website it is a Lesser Other God. and this also came from RAFM Miniatures, and it is a Elder Thing. now being a person who hates spiders i was like man this would look great on the table but damn, wouldn't you know it i actually scared myself one morning while walking into the game room an...

operation MotU: wave 5

this wave i don't have much happening. i have been painting miniatures in order of original release starting back in 1981. i don't have a miniature for every character that was made. even though during the original toy runs of the MotU action figures they were releasing She-Ra related figures and also Snake Men alongside the MotU, i'm planning on painting them as whole faction groups. in wave five, i have mainly Heroic Warriors which consists of Extendar, Stonedar, Snout Sprout, Rokkon and the rest of the Hover Robots. Heroic Warriors. Extendar. Rokkon. Snout Sprout. Stonedar. and the Hover Robots. Fisto raises his steel gauntlet into the air and exclaims, "more the merrier!"
