into the halls of Andorhal - FFoL: Fantasy

continuing the story...

with only Hornsby and the elvish warlock surviving the sewers,
the paladin says "I think if we press on we might need some more help."

 rounding up some hired swords and a few others our heroes make their
way into the actual lower level of Andorhal.

in the heroic group:
Odin Hornsby - human paladin,
Stephen Godwinn - human rogue,
Maurganra, Born of Twilight - elf warlock,
Snorri Windhide, brother of Ebrum - dwarf fighter,
Seven Shadowpaw - tabaxi ranger,
Torinn - dragonborn fighter

looking around into left over barrels and piles of rubble,
a wererat jumped and ambushed the dwarf fighter....

the group split up
both encountering giant rats.

....the wererat didn't have a chance and met it's fate at the end of the
warhammer of the angry dwarf.

the other half investigate what seems to be a servant's quarters.

with some success the one half of the party unlocked a heavy door which opens
a torture room with a few ghouls and a ghast!

blood and carnage!!

unsuccessful at picking the lock of this heavy door.

looking around, the paladin realized he was the only survivor and retreat to
regroup with the others.

"This is going to be tougher than we anticipated.
We might have to call on some others that are stronger."
