operation MotU!
ever since late summer/early fall of last year i never knew a trip to my local gaming store
would have the CMON Battle of Eternia board game plus some Kickstarter bonuses.
i took a week to go over financial stuff and think about what i was about to do.
one week later i went all in and bought only what i truly wanted.
now to be honest i only wanted this stuff for the miniatures even though i already had
a small collection,
what bothered me was some were not scaled properly with the others and just didn't look
right on the table.
so i was able to get hold of the core game, the exclusive box Box of Power,
and the three extra factions.
like with all my fantasy miniatures and what i am in the process of doing with my pulp figures,
i want to put these guys on 1.5mm bases.
hopefully i can clip the larger figures and get them to fit on 60mm bases and for all regular ones
put them on 32mm.
with all the major faction leaders, there are foot and mounted versions of them,
but also unmounted mount figures.
so i can have Skeletor on foot, on Panthor, and also have Panthor not mounted and able to fight
alongside Skeletor in battle.

Stridor is the only mount that isn't riderless.
unless i find one on eBay and just cut Fisto off of Stridor.

which also means if i would do that i would get two so i would have Stridor and a Nightstalker
for Jitsu when he becomes available in the future.

since i have two He-Man's i will most likely paint the one with the battle axe as an
Anti-Eternia He-Man.
Anti-Eternia He-Man.
so looking over the pile of shame i have acquired i think i will paint them in order of the
original toy-line back in 1981 based on the characters i have.
i can paint several at a time and yet begin gaming with the ones i have painted.

so hopefully i'll have some of these done and be gaming sooner than later.
These will be fun! Looking forward to seeing them painted up.
ReplyDeletethis is going to be a process, I wanna do a good job on these. I just wanna get them painted so I can get them on the table and play.
