25k milestone!! a thank you letter.

just wanted to throw this out there to thank to all those who comes across
my little hobby blog.
those who reads and enjoys my posts about the different things i do in the hobby of
table top wargames and rpg's, i appreciate it.

for folks around the world to view my blog and its posts over 25k times is awesome.
i don't promote it any real way nor to i throw it out there on a regular basis
on forums or social media.

i started this little thing back in 2019.
there would of been more posts but for some reason Blogspot had a hiccup and
i thought i screwed up and deleted some.

but mainly created this blog to show my work and/or what i do in my spare time to
friends locally and even those on the other side of the world that i know from when
i used to play World of Warcraft.

my most popular posts are mainly my 40k kill team posts and the homebrew Space Hulk
rules for additional characters and troop types for the game.
kinda funny how i don't play those games anymore but it's always nice to see
those posts being viewed.

some pics from over the three years since starting this blog...

the Folk Art/Apple Barrel backdrop for miniatures when taking pictures for blog,
i didn't know what i was doing (i still don't..hah!)

getting into the board game HATE.
learning the game along side my partner in crime, Rita.
even though we still manage to mess up an entire campaign,
i take most of the blame.

when tragedy becomes gratitude and gratitude becomes respect.

a friend of one of my gaming pals sadly passed away,
his collection was gifted to his close friends before being sold.
i was lucky to be able to also have an opportunity to give many figures a good home
before being sold off,
and it just so happens i got the chance to once again own a model i used to have when
i was a teenager. good times.

teaching Rita's boys the rules of Fistful of Lead, a great table top game.

messing around with terrain and creating cool set ups.

this is where i started down the dark path of Dungeons and Dragons.

so many great adventures were had in the past year,
and hopefully many more to come...

getting into a new game is always fun,
and Perilous Tales was no exception.
a great solo game and even better with a partner or two.

so here's to four more years and possibly 25k more views.
thank you to everyone!
